December Planting and Maintanence

Standard

I’ve always been a big believer in trying to grow food all the time. I know your garlic and onions should be planted already but if you haven’t, or you still have some to plant go ahead and get em in the ground. There has been a time or two I wish I had went ahead and planted when others told me it was too late. Don’t be that person in spring that says ” I wish I would have planted those sets, they would have made it”. the expense is so low for garlic, onions and kale, in fact when we get the web site up and running you will be able to get free seeds while supplies last. If you need a couple packs of seeds email me what you want, and if your local and can pick up we’ll try our best to accommodate you. email to bobzgardens@yahoo.com let me know what you need? Also this is the time of year you want to get your pots out of the freezing cold, especially the Terra Cotta, It will become really fragile if exposed to too much wet and freezing. Now that all the leaves  have fallen maybe get your gutters cleaned and moss taken care of. Stay warm and dry and have a great Christmas and Holiday New Year !
